AICI東京チャプター・エデュケーションディ2019へようこそ
AICI東京チャプターは、2009年に初めてエデュケーションディを開催して以来、毎年欠かすことなく継続し、今年は第11回目を迎えました。これも現在に至るまで数えきれない程の諸先輩方やメンバーの皆様のご尽力のお陰と、心から感謝しております。今回お招きするスピーカーは、国際イメージコンサルタントでありファッションデザイナーでもあるデルビー P. ブラゲス, AICI CIM氏です。デルビー氏は、日本人が不得手とする自身のブランディングについて、2日間にわたり情熱とインパクトをもってセッションし、最後には戦略的なロードマップを教示して下さいます。ビジネスの要となる自身のブランディングを再構築し、秋以降のビジネスに拍車をかけてはいかがでしょうか。

講師紹介
デルビー P. ブラゲス, AICI CIM
デルビー P.ブラゲス, AICI CIM氏は、多くの受賞歴を持つイメージコンサルタントです。そして、ファッションデザイナー、大人気のスピーカー、ワークショップファシリテーター、著者でもあり、第8回フィリピン起業家サミット（2016年2月18日開催）において「フィリピンにおける影響力のある起業家」として授賞された一人でもあります。
ブラゲス氏はイメージとファッションに特化したNorth Road Image & Fashion Groupの社長であり、トップデザイナーです。単に「見た目」を変えるビジネスから、イメージトレーニングとコンサルティングを行うイメージデザイナーズインターナショナル部門を創設し、イメージ戦略やパーソナルチェンジ、人材ブランディングなど、それぞれにカスタマイズしたワークショップや講演を積極的に行い、「人生」を変えることにまでフォーカスの対象を広げてきました。
そして、世界に存在する21名のCIMの一人であるブラゲス氏は、フィリピン人で初めてCIMという最高位レベルの資格を授与され、現在もフィリピンでただ一人のCIM保持者です。CIMはイメージプロフェショナルの世界的認定機関であるAICIの厳格な認定プロセスを通して、能力と経験の両面での実績を持つプロフェッショナルとしてのイメージコンサルタントに与えられるものです。ブラゲス氏は2013年7月から2015年6月までAICIのインターナショナルボードメンバーであり、資格認定のVP(Vice President)として貢献してきました。任期期間中における顕著な成果やイメージ業界に対する貢献により、2015年8月にワシントンで開催されたグローバルカンファレンスにおいて、AICI プレジデントアワードを授与されました。また、2013年5月にアメリカ、アリゾナ州グレンデールで開催されたAICIインターナショナルカンファレンスでは、AICIエクセレンスアワードも受賞しました。
フィリピン大学を優秀な成績で卒業し、同大学院にてMBAを取得したブラゲス氏は、クリエイティビティとビジネスのバランスの良さに定評があります。ニューヨークのFIT(ファッション工科大学)で学び、これまでニューヨーク、サンフランシスコ、ロサンジェルス、メキシコ、シンガポール、インド、そして母国フィリピンでファッションショーを開催し、成功を収めてきました。
イメージチェンジの力から着想を得て、ブラゲス氏の処女作となる『The Purple Pig Wears Red Lipstick』を出版しました。この本は、パーソナルな発信力を極めるための8つのステップ〜収益向上、インパクト、影響力をもたらすための自己変革〜に焦点を当てています。

Welcome to AICI Tokyo Chapter Education Day 2019
We are pleased to announce that AICI Tokyo Chapter will hold the 11th anniversary of the Education day this year, as we have every year since 2009.
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the experienced people who have led AICI Tokyo Chapter as well as the members for their numerous efforts and support.
We are going to have Ms. Delby P. Bragais, AICI CIM as our special guest speaker this year. She is the president and lead Fashion Designer of the North Road Image & Fashion Group with areas of specialization in Fashion, Image Consultancy & Training for both individuals and corporations. Two-days sessions on personal branding for especially those who might be struggling with building their image, will be conducted by Delby with her passion and lasting impact. Lastly, she will provide us with a strategic road map at the end of session. Why don’t you scale up your business after the fall season by rebuilding your personal brand which is one of the most essential elements to your business?

■ Speaker Profile
Delby P. Bragais, AICI CIM is a multi-awarded image consultant and fashion designer, a sought-after speaker, workshop facilitator, author and one of the Philippine’s Inspiring Entrepreneur awardees during the 8th Filipina Entrepreneurship Summit held last February 18, 2016.
She is the President and lead fashion designer of the North Road Image & Fashion Group, a corporation that specializes in image and fashion. From a business solely devoted to changing “looks”, she has expanded to focus on changing “lives” through the creation of an image training and consultancy division-Image Designers International, where she leads customized workshops and speaks on image strategy, personal change and people branding.
One of 21 Certified Image Masters (CIMs) in the world, she is the first and only Filipino to have attained the highest level of Certification-CIM, bestowed only to Image Experts with a proven track record of competence and experience via a rigorous accreditation process by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) – the world certifying body for Image professionals.
She has served the AICI International Board as VP for Certification from July 2013 to June 2015. It was for her outstanding achievements and contribution to the image industry during this period that she was given the AICI President’s Award last August 2015, during the Global Conference held in Washington, D.C., USA. She was also the recipient of the AICI Award of Excellence during the AICI International Conference in Glendale, Arizona, USA, last May 2013.
A “cum laude” graduate of the University of the Philippines, she holds an MBA ( Masters in Business Administration) from the same university and has a reputation for balancing creativity and commerce.
She has taken courses at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, and has mounted successful fashion shows in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Mexico, Singapore, India and her native Philippines.
Inspired by the power of makeovers, Delby launched her first book entitled - The Purple Pig Wears Red Lipstick. The book focuses on the 8 Steps to A Personal Brand Makeover for Impact, Influence and Incredible Income.
