第14回AICI東京チャプター・エデュケーションディへようこそ

2009年から毎年開催しているAICI東京チャプター・エデュケーションディは、今年で第14回目を迎えます。オンライン開催としては3回目となります。東京チャプターとして毎年、皆様に「学び」の場を提供することができますことを嬉しく思います。これも現在に至るまで多くの諸先輩方やメンバーの皆様のご尽力のお陰と、心から感謝しております。

今回は、イメージコンサルティングビジネスを支えるコミュニケーションスキルをテーマに、2名のスピーカーをお招きいたしました。お一人は第1回および第5回にもご登壇いただきましたリン・マークス, AICI CIM氏。そしてもう一人は、香港から、トレーナーとして高い評価を得ているプリシラ・チャン, AICI CIM氏をお迎えしました。マークス氏にはブランディングとセールスについて、そしてチャン氏にはクライアントの行動変容をサポートするフィードバックについてをレクチャーいただきます。2日間にわたり、世界で幅広くご活躍中のお二人から、信頼につながるコミュニケーションスキルを学ぶことができる貴重な機会となるのではないでしょうか。

フィードバックは、あなたのコンサルテーションにおけるポジティブな行動を強化し、クライアントの行動変容をサポートするために使用するツールです。 多くのイメージコンサルタントは、困難な状況下でフィードバックを与えたり、受けたりすることを恐れています。 しかし、クライアントの成長を促すために、効果的で前向きなフィードバックを提供し、受け取れることが必須です。 もし、あなたのフィードバックが無意味なものであれば、クライアントとの関係も悪くなってしまうでしょう。
この4時間のワークショップでは、質の高いフィードバックの伝え方、受け取り方をインタラクティブに学ぶことができます。 効果的なフィードバックのガイドラインを探り、フィードバックを積極的に聞き、より高いレベルのパフォーマンスを発揮するための受け取り方のエッセンスを学びます。

Welcome to the 14th AICI Tokyo Chapter Education Day

The AICI Tokyo Chapter Education Day, which has been held annually since 2009, marks the 14th edition this year. And this will be the third time it has been held online. As the Tokyo Chapter, we are pleased to be able to offer you a place to "learn" every year. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the many seniors and members who have worked so hard to make this happen.

This year's event features two speakers on the topic of communication skills to support your image consulting business. The first speaker is Ms. Lynn Marks, AICI CIM, who also spoke at the first and fifth sessions. And the second speaker is Ms. Priscilla Chan, AICI CIM, a highly regarded trainer from Hong Kong. Ms. Marks will lecture on branding and sales, and Ms. Chang on feedback to support clients' behavior change. Over the course of two days, it will be a valuable opportunity to learn communication skills that lead to trust from two people who are widely active in the world.

Education day is a "unique opportunity" to learn directly from the world's top instructors and a place where you can gain a lot of "insight". This session will further enhance your consulting skills and spur future business development. Hope you will not miss this opportunity to participate.

Would you like to know how to control messages that you deliver to others and know how others perceive you? The term "personal branding" has been around for more than 20 years, but it remains an elusive concept for many.
During the session, you will learn:

• Dissect the complex concepts of personal branding
• Reduce them to simple, doable appearance details, actions and practices
• Gain the skills to increase your personal power
• Enhance your own self-confidence

◇ Day2: First Session “Sales Made Easy” Lynne Marks, AICI CIM
Do you consider yourself a poor salesperson? Are you losing potential clients because you are so focused on details that you go off on tangents? In this session, you will learn a simple process used by highly successful salespeople. This session is ideal for anyone who struggles to explain what they do or sell.
During the session, you will learn:

• Create a framework
• Use conversational techniques to attract potential customers
• Overcome objections and close the sale

◇ Day1& Day 2: Second Session “The Art of Building Rapport–Giving and Receiving Feedback” Priscilla Chan, AICI CIM
Feedback is a tool used to reinforce positive behaviors in your consultations and to support behavioral change in your clients. Many image consultants are afraid to give and receive feedback in difficult situations. However, it is imperative that effective and positive feedback be provided and received to encourage client growth. If your feedback is nonsensical, your relationship with the client will suffer.
In this 4-hour session, you will learn how to give and receive quality feedback in an interactive way. You will explore guidelines for effective feedback, actively listen to feedback, and learn the essentials of how to receive it to achieve a higher level of performance.

※Interpretation is available for both days.
※This program is officially approved by AICI. Attendees will be given AICI CEUs when completed the full session and turn in the evaluation sheet.

◇ Lynne Marks, AICI CIM

Lynne, President of London Image Institute a mentor and leader to the image industry has twice served as International President of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She is an industry award winner and one of only a few Certified Image Masters worldwide. Keynote speaker, author, coach and trainer, Lynne developed London Image Institute’s Image Consulting Training Programs in 1989. Now one of the most established and respected companies authorized by AICI, the institute has centers in Asia, India the UK and the US.
For over 20 years, Lynne has consulted with Fortune organizations such as Pacific Dunlop, United Airlines and Coca Cola Enterprises on branding, and coached high-level executives to increase their credibility and improve their performance, from companies such as Rock Ten, GE and Coca Cola.

Since establishing P.C. Image Consulting in August 2003 in Hong Kong, Priscilla has garnered excellent feedback as a talented trainer with a friendly, passionate and motivational delivery style.
