第15回AICI東京チャプター・エデュケーションディへようこそ

AICI東京チャプター・エデュケーションディは、今年で第15回目を迎えます。毎年、皆様に「学び」の場を提供することができますことを嬉しく思います。これも諸先輩方やメンバーの皆様のご尽力のお陰と、心から感謝しております。

今回は時代の流れを汲み、DE&I～ダイバーシティ・エクイティ・アンド・インクルージョン（多様性、公平性、および包摂性）をテーマに取り上げました。DE&IはAICI本部も重要視している、多様性・公平性・包摂性を取り入れ、公平な機会のもと多様な人材が互いに尊重しあい、それぞれが力を発揮できる環境を実現するという概念です。

スピーカーには、アナ・チョン, AICI CIM氏と、ビジネスパートナーであるアイヌン アイダ氏をお招きしました。アナ・チョン, AICI CIM氏は、DE&I の推進に対する貢献を評価され、2023年にAICI グローバル DEI アワードを受賞されました。またお二人は、2022年にパレルモ大学が出版した学術雑誌にこのテーマの論文を発表しています。今回は2日間にわたり、ビヘイビアやコミュニケーションの観点を中心に、DE&Iの考え方やイメージコンサルティングの場における実践についてを学びます。アジアを中心に世界で幅広くご活躍されているお二人から、充実した内容を学ぶことができる貴重な機会となることでしょう。

アナ・チョン, AICI CIM氏は、人材開発及び組織のダイバーシティ&インクルージョン推進における卓越したリーダーです。また、ブランディングと人材マネジメントのコーチでもあります。彼女が共同創業者およびプリンシパル・コンサルタントをしているAAA Solutions Sds Bhd社は、2023年「東南アジアのタレントマネジメント企業トップ10」の座を獲得しました。アナ氏は公認秘書およびHRDFトレーナーの資格やカンタベリー大学で組織変革のサーティフィケーションも取得しています。また、マレーシア初の認定イメージマスターであり、2023年AICIグローバルDEIアワードを受賞しています。 アナ氏は起業家として成功する以前、富士ゼロックスをはじめとする企業で貴重な経験を積み、ダイバーシティに関する専門知識を深めてきました。彼女はAAA Organization for Community’s Well-beingとVenus Programの共同設立者であり、いずれも社会から疎外されたコミュニティーや女性に力を与えることを目的としています。ブリティッシュペディア2020で紹介されたアナ氏は、単に信頼できる専門家であるだけではなく、永続的な影響を与えることに尽力する思いやりのあるリーダーです。

◇アイヌン アイダ氏,br /> プリンシパル・コンサルタント共同創業者

アイヌン アイダ氏は、2023年「東南アジアのタレントマネジメント企業トップ10」に選出されたAAAソリューションズ社の共同創業者であり、プリンシパル・コンサルタントです。ブリティッシュコロンビア大学とハーバード大学で産業技術の学士およびサーティフィケーションを取得するとともに、現在、認知神経科学の修士課程を修了するところです。また、彼女は認定ライフコーチでNLPのマスタープラクティショナーであり、個人クライアント向けのサクセスコーチや、エグゼクティブに向けたマインドセットとパフォーマンスのコーチでもあります。 アイヌン アイダ氏は、コンサルタントになる前は多様な顧客を持つ多才な起業家でした。ビジネスパートナーのアナ チョン氏と共に、恵まれない地域社会と女性のエンパワーメントを目指すAAA地域福祉組織とヴィーナスプログラムを共同設立しました。2020年「マレーシアの成功した人々」の1人に選ばれたアイヌン アイダ氏は、信頼できる専門家であるだけではなく、思いやりあるガイドでもあり、個人と組織の可能性を最大限に引き出すことに尽力しています。

■  CEUプログラム参加取りやめへの対応について

1. 地震や自然災害発生による中止の場合や国・自治体からの開催自粛要請を受けCEUプログラムの開催が中止となった場合には、CEUプログラムへの参加を含む参加費から実費を差し引かせて頂き、残金を返金致します。
2. 自主的に参加を見合わせた事による不参加の場合には、参加費の返金は致しかねます。悪しからずご了承ください。

Welcome to the 15th AICI Tokyo Chapter Education Day

It is our pleasure to host the 15th AICI Tokyo Chapter Education Day. We are delighted to be able to provide you an opportunity to learn every year. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of our seniors and members for their efforts to make it happen.

The speakers are Ms. Ana Chong, AICI CIM and her business partner Ms. Ainun Aida. Ms. Chong was awarded the AICI Global DEI Award in 2023 for her contribution to advancing DE&I. They have also published a paper on the subject in an academic journal published by the University of Palermo in 2022. Over the course of two days, we will focus on behavior and communication, learning about the concept of DE&I and its practice in the field of image consulting. It will be a valuable opportunity to learn from the two prominent lecturers who are active in throughout the world mainly in Asia.

Ana Cheong is a distinguished leader in Talent Development and Organizational Diversity & Inclusion. She is also a branding and people management coach. As co-founder and principal consultant of AAA Solutions Sdn Bhd, her firm earned a spot in the "Top 10 Talent Management Companies in South East Asia" in 2023. Ana is a certified Chartered Secretary and HRDF Trainer, with additional certification in Organizational Change from the University of Canterbury. She's the first Certified Image Master in Malaysia and received the AICI Global DEI Award in 2023.
Before her entrepreneurial success, Ana gained invaluable experience in the corporate world, notably at Fuji Xerox, enriching her expertise in diversity. She's a co-founder of the AAA Organization for Community’s Well-being and the Venus Program, both aimed at empowering marginalized communities and women. Featured in Britishpedia 2020, Ana is not just a credible expert but a compassionate leader committed to making a lasting impact.

◇ Ainun Aida
PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT CO-FOUNDER

Ainun Aida is a co-founder and principal consultant of AAA Solutions Sdn Bhd, a firm recognized among the "Top 10 Talent Management Companies in South East Asia" in 2023.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology and certifications from the University of British Columbia and Harvard University, Ainun is currently completing her Masters in Cognitive Neuroscience. She is a Certified Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Master Practitioner. She is also a Success Coach for individual clients and a Mindset and Performance Coach for working executives.
Before consulting, Ainun was a versatile entrepreneur with a diverse clientele. Alongside her business partner, Ana Cheong, she co-founded the AAA Organization for Community’s Well-being and the Venus Program, initiatives aimed at empowering underprivileged communities and women.
